What:
I worked with TSPTR to create a zine to represent and celebrate underrepresented womxn in sport.
I researched interests and motivations of the target audience (young femxles), to help the brand find a way to connect with the target consumer.
I explored the RAW Print magazine archive to draw further cultural, counter-cultural and stylistic inspiration.
I developed a range of creative concepts to deliver the big idea of the brief and created a creative concept to be brought to life in a published brandzine for TSPTR aimed to connect the brand with a younger, female audience. In turn creating a range of original visual and written content for our zine, connected to the brand, our audience and our creative concept. How could we create a shared story to connect the brand world of TSPTR with your consumer?
We produced a run of 15 copies of our final zine through riso-printer at Dizzy Ink, Nottingham . The format and production quality were driven by and formed a cohesive whole with our creative concept.

WHO:
TSPTR (https://tsptr.com / https://www.instagram.com/tsptr) is a brand with a passion for both great design and a good story, creating clothing with both a purpose and a narrative. Drawing from 20th century American counter-culture, military and sports themes, TSPTR shares stories that are true, soulful, and need to be heard.

Products are designed, created and tested to be on par with the vintage objects that the brand founders prize and respect. Russ Gater is the co-founder of TSPTR and worked with us on the project, giving feedback on the final outcomes.
